We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over US$59.99. Please note that as we rely on external shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please note:

  • We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

3. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping fees vary based on destination and weight of the package. You can view the shipping costs during checkout. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be applicable depending on your location, and these charges are the customer's responsibility.

4. How do I track my order?

  • Through the inallengrovewebsite

Log in to your inallengrove account and go to the "My Orders" or "Track Order " page. Find the order you want to track and click on the order details. You will see the tracking number and the current status of the order. Click on the tracking number and you will be directed to the shipping company's tracking page to view the latest delivery progress.

 

  • By Email

You can use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email to enter the number directly on the shipping company's official website to track the real-time location of your package and the estimated delivery date.

 

5. Can I change the delivery address?

Before the package is shipped, you can contact our customer service by email to change the address in time. If the package has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address for you. However, we will try our best to coordinate with the delivery company, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed successfully. In this case, you may need to wait for the order to be delivered before returning or re-delivering.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

At inallengrove, we understand the inconvenience that a lost or stolen package may cause. To help you quickly resolve such issues, please follow the steps below:

(1). Confirm the status of the package

Please first use your tracking number to check the latest status of the package. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check the porch, back door, garage or neighbor's house to confirm that the package has been placed in a safe place.

(2). Contact the delivery company

If the package shows that it has been delivered, but it is still not found, it is recommended that you contact the delivery company immediately. They may provide additional delivery details or help further investigate the whereabouts of the package.

(3). Contact us

If your package is still unavailable, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by emailing service@inallengrove.com. Please provide the following information so that we can assist you:

Order number

Tracking number

Details of the circumstances of the lost or stolen package

Once we receive your report, we will work with the delivery company to investigate and assist you in recovering your package if possible.

Please note that inallengrove is not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered. If you require compensation, we recommend that you communicate with the courier company.
