1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Quick checkout process
  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

2. What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

3. What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.So Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble. 

4. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. For more details on how to process a return or exchange, please refer to our Return & Refund page or contact service@Inallengrove.com.

7. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, visit our "Track Order" page and enter your order number and email address.

8. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location:

  • Domestic orders (USA): 7-20 business days
  • International orders: 7-20 business days

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or other unforeseen events.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Inallengrove ships to a wide range of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can view the available shipping options at checkout.

10. How do I cancel or modify my order?

You can request to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please email service@Inallengrove.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return once the package arrives.

 

11. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@Inallengrove.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

12. How do I contact customer service?

13. Promotions & Discounts

  • How do I use a promotion/discount code?

It's easy! Simply enter your promotion code in the discount field during checkout, select "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your order.

  • Can I use multiple discount codes at one time?

Sorry, but no. You can only use 1 discount code per order. However, you can use a discount code in conjunction with a gift card.

  • My coupon code is not working,why?

If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid or there are some limits to the code.
